Scapola Wall Light in Stoneware

The Scapola wall light (from the Italian word for "shoulder blade") is conceived as an organic architectural form. Its volume draws inspiration from anatomy — human, animal, vegetal, or mineral — with smooth, rounded lines designed to let light pass through the empty spaces, creating subtle or striking shadow play.

Each piece is hand-sculpted and hand-modeled, then fired once at high temperature without glaze, in order to enhance the natural texture and coloration of the clay.

It mounts to the wall via a curved steel rod, ensuring optimal stability.

Each lamp is one of a kind, signed, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
