Description
The Lifted Fingers Floor Lamp echoes the gentle motion of fingers closing as they rise upward. It rises from its base in a fluid, continuous form, with a sculptural body that flows seamlessly into the lampshade. Defined curves and reliefs extend upward, creating a sense of constant, organic movement from base to light.
Part of the Serpentine Collection, the lamp shades are handcrafted by Müge Du using ancient techniques combined with her own developed methods, while the stainless steel base, bent into shape by hand, is crafted by Stephan Sammer at Endless Flat Studio.
