PDW 2023 — Galerie BASIA EMBIRICOS

The mirror opens up space and plays with light, perspective, and reflection — revealing what lies behind us. When combined with glass and aluminum foil, the tubular forms create the illusion of continuing through the mirror itself.
These tubular shapes are modeled and parameterized using slicing software to be 3D-printed. They are printed with a composite material such as PLA, a bio-based polymer derived from renewable resources and industrially compostable.
