Description
Seeba Maple combines warm amber alabaster with a solid maple base, resulting in a piece with a grounded, tactile character.
When illuminated, the alabaster reveals warm tones and natural veining within the stone. The maple legs are finished using the Shou Sugi Ban technique, their charred surface adding texture and visual depth. Together, the stone and wood create a composition that feels sculptural and deliberate, with a quiet sense of drama.
Seeba Maple sits between a sculptural object and a functional lamp. As each piece is carved by hand, subtle variations appear not only in tone and texture, but also in the shape itself, making every piece distinct.
